All listed prices are base prices. Commission prices may be subject to change based on complexity. (Complex character designs may cost extra.)

I will notify you once I start your commission.

I will provide progress photos throughout the entire process.

The final product will be sent via email or another mutually agreed-upon method of delivery.

I am not responsible for the loss of artwork once it has been delivered. I cannot guarantee I will have a backup file.

Timeframe

Commissions will be completed within one week or up to two months. However, timelines are subject to change based on complexity and my current commission queue. I will provide an estimated timeframe, and I will keep in contact if any problems arise.

Revisions

I allow up to three revisions in the sketching phase.

After the sketching phase, I allow a reasonable amount of minor revisions.

No revisions will be made after I send the final product.

Payment Process:

Payment is done through PayPal.

Commissions under $10 must be paid upfront.

Commissions over $10 will be paid in half upfront. The other half will be paid before the final product is sent. (50% is paid before the sketching process begins, 50% is paid before I send the final product.) If you prefer, I am also willing to take the whole payment up front.

Refunds/Cancelations

I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.

A full refund may be requested if there has been no progress for two consecutive months.

If you need to cancel your commission for any reason, I can provide a partial refund based on how much work has been completed.

If you cancel your commission before the sketch has been approved, I can provide a partial refund. (I will keep 10% of the total cost.)

Blockchain/AI

I own the rights to my artwork. Using my artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency is prohibited.

Using my artwork in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, is prohibited.

Commerical Use

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Any artwork you receive from me can be used as a profile picture or banner, but may not be used for profit. Any use of my artwork for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand. Please email me for commercial works. Commercial work comes with additional fees.
